Catherine Wanzala is currently a graduate student at Metropolitan State University, pursuing a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling, expected to graduate in May 2025. Catherine began working as a Case Manager at RADIAS Health in April 2023 and previously served as a Community Outreach Advocate at PHUMULANI MINNESOTA AFRICAN WOMEN AGAINST VIOLENCE from June 2022 to April 2023, focusing on preventing domestic violence and sexual abuse in communities of color. Prior experience includes a role in Customer Relations at WFI from January 2016 to April 2022, where Catherine managed client inquiries and complaints, and as a Front Desk Receptionist at NAKUMATT (U) LTD from October 2012 to December 2015. Catherine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Makerere University, awarded in 2012.
