Sean Damery

Sean Damery has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Sean is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Radiate Hospitality. Prior to that, they worked at Bernardus Lodge & Spa as the Vice President and General Manager. Sean also held various managerial positions at establishments such as Dream Inn, Santa Cruz, Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa, Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa, Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa, Ojai Valley Inn & Spa, and Four Seasons Hualalai. Sean has a strong background in operations, rooms division, activities, and food and beverage management.

Sean Damery attended California State University, Northridge from 1992 to 1996. Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Sociology and a minor in Psychology.
