James 'Trip' Leasure III, MHA, PMP has a diverse work experience in both the private and public sectors. James 'Trip' started their career in the US Navy in 1996, serving in various roles such as Nuclear Power, Reactor Maintenance Officer, Quality Assurance Manager, and Nuclear Planning Officer. In 2018, they joined Radiation Business Solutions as the Vice President of Project Development, overseeing the implementation of new strategies and processes. In January 2020, they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Business Operations and Project Development, where they were responsible for day-to-day operations and new cancer center development projects.

James 'Trip' Leasure III, MHA, PMP, has a strong education background in healthcare administration and project management. James 'Trip' obtained their Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree from Lipscomb University in a period spanning from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2004 and 2008. Additionally, James Leasure acquired an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology/Technician from Coastline College, which they attended from 1998 to 2000.

Apart from their formal education, James Leasure also possesses a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, obtained from the Project Management Institute in March 2023.
