Matt Arsenault

Matt Arsenault is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in the nuclear energy sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Radiation Safety & Control Services, Inc. since January 2022, Matt previously held the position of Project Manager at The Spear Group from March 2018 to October 2022. Matt's extensive career at NextEra Energy Resources spanned over 22 years, during which various roles included Assistant Operations Manager - Training, Operations Shift Manager, Assistant Operations Manager - Support, Licensed Operator Instructor, and Lead Work Week Manager. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marine Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy, completed between 1979 and 1983.
