Frank Palmer

Franklin Palmer is a highly experienced engineering professional with a focus on IoT and embedded systems. Currently serving as both Senior IoT Engineer and Director of Engineering at Kelvin (formerly Radiator Labs) since May 2016, Franklin has played a significant role in the development of innovative technologies. Previously, as CTO and Co-Founder of Vista Wearable, Inc., Franklin led technical design and execution for assistive technology devices for the visually impaired, securing initial funding through a prestigious entrepreneurship award. Additionally, Franklin contributed to the CCNY Computer Vision Lab as a researcher and lead hardware engineer, utilizing OpenCV for 3D image processing and conducting sensory experiments. Franklin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from The City College of New York.
