Dinesh Ghildiyal has extensive work experience in various managerial roles, starting from 2005. Dinesh has held positions such as Sales Trainer at NIS Sparta, Assistant Manager at Serco, Program Manager at TLC Relationship Management P Ltd, Group LHC, Lifestyle & Hospitality Concepts, and SSBF. Dinesh also worked as a Manager at New Star Leasure Concept and eventually moved up to become the General Manager Operations at Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Revenue Management, Brand Engagement & HR at Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Dinesh Ghildiyal completed their Intermediate in Commerce with Maths from The Air Force School (TAFS), Subroto Park in 2000. Dinesh later obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computers from Indira Gandhi National Open University in 2007.
