RP Rath has a significant background in IT and technology roles, with experience starting in 2000 at SPECTRAMIND eSERVICES PVT LTD as a Sr. Manager of Technology. RP then moved on to positions at Wipro BPO Solutions and Quatrro BPO Solutions Pvt. Ltd before taking on the role of SVP of Technology at QUATRRO GLOBAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in 2015. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer at Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. In their roles, RP Rath has demonstrated expertise in IT strategy, technical architecture evaluation, and developing new products and services for various sectors including call centers, banking, and IT solutions.

RP Rath pursued their education in Electronics and Communication Engineering at the AMIE-Institute of Engineers.
