Dimitri BOULINGUI

Dimitri BOULINGUI has had extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dimitri started their career in 2006 as a Sales Manager at Celtel International B.V., where they focused on the Payphone division. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Airtel Gabon as a Sales Manager, overseeing direct and indirect sales and successfully implementing electronic recharge solutions. In 2015, Dimitri joined Bharti Airtel - Mobile Banking as a Sales Manager, where they developed strategies for mobile money development and acquisition of new customers. Dimitri then moved on to PMU as a Business Unit Manager from 2016 to 2017, where they played a key role in implementing growth strategies and successfully digitizing the betting process. In 2018, Dimitri worked as a Business Development Consultant at DBM Consulting, where they provided support to Ogooué Labs in assisting entrepreneurs and small businesses with their digital projects. Finally, in the same year, they worked at BAGBNB as a Business Development professional, expanding the luggage storage business in various cities in France.

Dimitri Boulingui's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in General Management Program from the University of the Witwatersrand, which they obtained in 2008. In 2010, they pursued a Master's degree in Strategy and Management of Organizations from Groupe Institut Africain de Management 2, completing it the following year.

In addition to their formal education, Dimitri Boulingui has obtained several certifications. In August 2012, they completed a Leadership Competences program at Airtel Africa. The following year, in July 2013, they participated in a workshop called "Winning through zones" conducted by Group Marketing and Sales at Airtel Africa, which took place in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. In August 2014, they attended a Go To Market (GTM) workshop held in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, by Group Marketing and Sales at Airtel Africa. Lastly, in July 2015, they obtained a certification in 360-degree Leadership (Skills and Behavior) from White and White Associate, located in Floreal, Mauritius.
