Thomas Desmoutier

Thomas Desmoutier is an experienced leader in the technology and operations sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at RADical Systems (UK) Limited since June 2025. Previously, Thomas held the position of UK VP of Strategy and Operations at Aareon Group, where strategic product incubation and partnerships were successfully launched. As UK Chief of Staff at Aareon, Thomas transformed the organization into a cohesive and profitable entity. During tenure at Fixflo, revenue grew significantly under Thomas's leadership, with responsibilities encompassing all aspects of the SaaS organization and successful management of the transition to a shareholder-owned business. Early career experience includes a Team Leader role at Ford Motor Credit Company and various positions at MoMedia TV Ltd. Thomas holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from The London School of Economics and attended the Advent Leadership Academy at Harvard Business School.
