Aleksandr Safin

Aleksandr Safin is a Deep Learning Research Scientist and Engineer with extensive experience in 3D human pose estimation, generative text-to-image models, and the optimization of video models. Currently self-employed since January 2023 and serving as a Deep Learning Research Scientist at RADiCAL, Aleksandr previously interned at Google Brain and Amazon, focusing on 3D reconstruction and novel-view synthesis. Notable contributions include research resulting in posters at CVPR'23 and a patent application. Earlier roles at Huawei Technologies involved leading project efforts and mentoring interns, while experience at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology encompassed research across various deep learning projects, yielding multiple publications. Aleksandr holds a PhD candidacy in Data Science from Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Data Science and Applied Mathematics.
