Catarina Emídio

Catarina Emídio has worked at three different companies in their career. Catarina began their career at REDITUS SA in 2017 as an Outbounding Assistant.

In 2020, they joined PLMJ as a Human Resources Generalist and also took on the role of Learning and Development Specialist. Catarina later transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition before leaving in March 2022.

Currently, Catarina is working at Radically Digital as a Talent Partnerships Associate, starting in May 2022.

Catarina Emídio has a diverse education history. Catarina obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Consulting from ISCTE Business School, where they studied from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued an Erasmus + program at the University of Lodz in 2018 and 2019, focusing on International Relations. Catarina also holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from ISCSP-ULisboa / Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas - Universidade de Lisboa, which they completed from 2016 to 2019.

In addition to their degrees, Catarina has acquired several certifications. Catarina completed the "Excel 2019: Formação Básica" course offered by LinkedIn, obtaining it in November 2020. In August 2018, they successfully completed the "Online Linguistic Support (English)" program provided by Erasmus + and European Solidarity Corps. Furthermore, in February 2018, they took the "Curso de Public Speaking" course facilitated by Speak and Lead, further expanding their skill set.
