Kacper Mazek is an experienced professional in agile consulting and project management, currently serving as a Partner and Principal Consultant at Radically since May 2018. Prior to this role, Kacper held the position of Senior Agile Consultant at Assurity Consulting Ltd from February 2016 to April 2018 and was an Agile Project Leader and Scrum Master at Future Processing Sp. z o.o. from February 2011 to February 2016. Kacper's expertise includes leading multiple teams to achieve customer outcomes, facilitating Scrum events, coaching teams, and supporting Product Owners. Kacper also has a background as a Product Manager and Quality Assurance Team Leader, complemented by a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from The Silesian University of Technology.
