Alessandra Campana

Alessandra Campana has extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving in the Training department at RadiciGroup since April 2011, where responsibilities include drawing up training plans, managing budgets, producing training materials, and collaborating with training providers. In addition, Alessandra holds the position of Senior Assistant to the Director of Human Resources, providing comprehensive support for recruitment, retention, and training initiatives. Since March 2001, Alessandra has also been involved with Sci Club Radici Group S.s. a r.l. in sponsor management and fundraising, focusing on managing relations with athletes, organizing international ski races, conducting motivation events, and overseeing sponsorships.
