Stefano Alini

Stefano Alini is the CEO and Innovation & Research Director at RadiciGroup, a position held since October 1997, where extensive experience in management systems encompassing Quality, Environment, and Safety has been applied to drive research and innovation for sustainable product development. Prior to this, Stefano served as the QHSE Director, managing the certification processes for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS BS 18001 at Radici Chimica’s plant. Earlier career experiences include a role as a researcher at Lamberti, leading a Fine Chemicals R&D lab, and at Snia Ricerche, focused on the synthesis of cosmetic intermediates and securing a European patent for innovative coumarin derivatives. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organic Synthesis from Politecnico di Milano and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Università di Pavia.
