Former Air Force fighter pilot and Lockheed Martin Skunkworks executive, Dave flew and led the largest F-22 Fighter Wing as the youngest fighter wing commander in the Air Force and was the top instructor at the prestigious US Air Force Weapons School (Top Gun).
