Marianne Pemberton

Marianne Pemberton is an experienced professional in sustainability and greenhouse gas emissions reduction, currently serving as the Product Strategy and Operations Manager at Radicle since December 2021, where the focus is on providing strategic direction and operational oversight for a team of Sustainability Advisors. Prior to Radicle, Marianne worked at Climate Smart Businesses Inc. from September 2018 to December 2021 in various roles, including Client Services Manager, leading a team dedicated to assisting small and medium-sized businesses in Canada with emissions management. Marianne's previous experience includes ethical sourcing at LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics, sales development and marketing at Ethical Bean Coffee, and consulting on sustainable development with the Ecuadorian Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Marianne holds a Master’s degree in International Development Studies from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Waterloo.
