Saj Shapiro is a highly experienced executive with a proven track record in managing and leading various organizations within the energy and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of BMO Radicle at BMO Capital Markets, Saj has held multiple leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer and President of BMO Radicle, which focuses on guiding companies towards sustainable practices. Past positions include President of TriCore Carbon Solutions and CalgaRIG Corporation, as well as President & CEO of DrillGear Oilfield Solutions Corporation. Saj's academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Calgary, a Directors Education Program certification from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Haskayne School of Business.
