Ami Golan has worked in the diamond industry for over 15 years. From 2006 to 2008, they were a Laser Engraver on Diamonds Girdles at D.L.A. Laser Inscriptions on Diamonds. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Gemologist/Appraiser at EGL Israel, where they graded diamonds for clarity, proportions, took measurements, and conducted tests for rough type and HPHT. From 2011 to 2018, they worked as a Gemologist at GIA Israel, where they graded loose cut diamonds of various shapes and weights and was responsible for taking measurements for cut loose diamonds. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Segoma (acquired by R2NET Inc.), where they held three roles: Quality Control, Team Leader, and Diamonds Photography Instructor. In their Quality Control role, they checked the quality of photographed diamonds. As a Team Leader, they led photographers to ensure diamonds were photographed on time and solved any issues. As a Diamonds Photography Instructor, they trained new staff from start level to professional. In 2022, they began their current role as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Radiflow.
