Till Oyen is a Creative Director and Co-Founder at Radikant GmbH, with extensive experience in design strategy and brand development. Till also served as Partner and Managing Partner Design, focusing on creative direction and design strategy. Previously, Till was the Head of Design & Usability at HYPE Innovation, leading the design efforts for various departments. Prior to that, Till worked as a Partner/Designer at Blattgold Design and as a Freelancer specializing in corporate design and branding. Till Oyen has a background in media design and holds a MBA in Communication & Leadership, along with various certificates from Harvard Business School Online and other institutions.
