Annette Malave

SVP, Insights at Radio Advertising Bureau

Annette Malave began their career in 1985 as a Sales Assistant at Katz Communications. Annette then moved to J. Walter Thompson in 1990 as a Client Service Supervisor. In 1994, they became a Broadcast Supervisor at Grey Advertising. In 2002, they were SVP, Director Client Agency Services at GM Mediaworks. Annette then joined the Radio Advertising Bureau in 2005, first as SVP, Insights, where they acted as a radio ambassador, promoting and highlighting radio's dominant role among the listening audience and within the advertising industry. Annette was also responsible for conceptualizing research, compiling data and information for products, services and presentations, and keeping a pulse on radio industry revenue, communication and marketing trends. Annette was an active member of the Council of Research Excellence and Media Ratings Council. In their final role at the Radio Advertising Bureau, they were VP, Business Development.

Annette Malave obtained a BA in Communications from St. John's University between 1980 and 1984. In May 2021, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
