Rodrigo Moreira Rato

Rodrigo Moreira Rato is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications, media relations, and event management, currently serving as the Head of Communication and Commercial at Rally Madeira Legend since July 2023. As the Founder of LX Sailing, established in March 2011, Rodrigo also produces and hosts the LX Sailing Podcast "À conversa no Cais." Roles include Head of Media & PR for multiple organizations such as Madeira Ultra Skyrunning and Madeira Underwater, where notable events include international championships. Additional positions include consulting for Porto Lazer, commenting on sailing events for RTP, and overseeing media for prestigious competitions like the GC32 Racing Tour and OCEANMAN - Madeira. Rodrigo holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from IPAM and has a strong background in sponsorship management and corporate hospitality.
