Mahmoud Saleh has a diverse work experience in customer services, service coordination, technical support, and quality assurance. Mahmoud recently worked as a Team Lead Customer Services for Radio Holland, where they managed customer services in the Middle East and Africa. Prior to that, they worked as a Service Coordinator at Radio Holland Middle East and Radio Holland Egypt, where they handled service coordination and engineering tasks. Mahmoud also worked at Suez Electronics for Engineering and Trading as a Technical Support Manager and Service & Maintenance Engineer, providing technical assistance and maintenance support. Mahmoud's earlier experience includes working as a Quality Systems Engineer at Boraq for Electronics Industries and as a Quality and Performance Evaluation Engineer at EEC Group.
Mahmoud Saleh completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Helwan University Cairo between 2004 and 2010. Mahmoud also obtained additional certifications in Leadership and Team Development, Be the Manager People Won't Leave, Customer Service: Managing Customer Expectations, Emotional Intelligence as an Inclusivity Booster, Empathy for Customer Service Professionals, and Leading a Customer Service Team from various institutions in 2022.
