Rowland Garza

Rowland Garza serves as a City Councilman for the City of Del Rio since June 2012 and has been involved with R Communications as a Government/Public Relations/On-Air professional since January 2010. Garza holds a master's degree in Public Administration and Government from Sul Ross State University, earned between 1996 and 1999, and completed education at Del Rio High School from 1993 to 1996.
