Alexandru Pencu

Alexandru Pencu is an experienced executive currently serving as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and a Member of the Board of Directors at Radiocom since December 2019. Additionally, Alexandru holds the position of Vice President on the Board of Directors at RARTEL S.A. since March 2021. Previous experience includes serving as an Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure from November 2019 to September 2020. Alexandru Pencu has an educational background that includes an Executive MBA from ASEBUSS Business School, completed in July 2023, a program at Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from The Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest, obtained in July 2019.
