Dave Hill is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in driving product delivery and managing engineering teams. Currently serving as the Software Engineering Manager at Radiodetection Ltd since January 2020, Dave provides technical direction and leadership to diverse, global teams for SaaS and on-premise products. Previously, as Vice President of BPM Engineering at TIBCO from June 2004 to November 2019, Dave was instrumental in delivering product portfolios and fostering a positive team culture. During this tenure, Dave also held the position of Senior Director/Director of Software Engineering, where responsibility included the development of TIBCO’s flagship Enterprise BPM product, ActiveMatrix BPM. Earlier career roles include Project Manager at Staffware PLC and Technical/Project Manager at Alcatel-Lucent, showcasing a well-rounded background in project and programme management across various technology sectors.
