Taylor Viering

Taylor Viering, MA MBA, serves as the Assistant Director of HR & Communications at the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) since December 2015, overseeing employee communications and managing various HR functions. In addition to roles as a Senior and Human Resources Manager at RSNA, Taylor has experience as a part-time adjunct faculty member at North Central College and Elmhurst College, teaching courses in Industrial Psychology and Workplace Motivation. Previously, Taylor worked as a Learning & Development Consultant and Training Coordinator at Corporate Learning Institute, focusing on skill development training and curriculum design. Taylor holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from North Central College and an Associate of Science degree from Sauk Valley Community College.
