Ashwin Phadnis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ashwin began their career at Towers Watson, where they worked as an Associate from July 2007 to June 2010. Ashwin then joined Deloitte Consulting as a Consultant from February 2011 to November 2011.

In 2012, Ashwin gained legal experience through various internships. Ashwin worked as a Judicial Intern for Chief Justice Stuart Rabner at the Supreme Court of New Jersey from May 2012 to July 2012. Ashwin also served as a Summer Law Clerk at the National Labor Relations Board from June 2012 to July 2012.
