Carla MacHado

Carla Machado is a seasoned professional in legal operations and community engagement, currently serving as a Legal Operations Specialist at Radiology Partners since December 2023. Prior to this role, Carla worked as an Associate Legal Operations Specialist at Elastic, focusing on efficiency and process improvement within legal teams. Experience includes participation on advisory boards for Orange County Government, and various positions at Starbucks, where responsibilities ranged from barista training to assistant management. Carla also contributed to the Down Syndrome Foundation of Florida as a Community Engagement Specialist and Marketing and Program Coordinator, where initiatives promoted diversity and inclusion for individuals with unique abilities.
