Carolyne Hoey

Associate Vice President, Revenue Cycle at Radiology Partners

Carolyne Hoey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Carolyne began their career in 2010 as a Media Editor and Field Projects/Communications intern at The Getty Conservation Institute. In 2012, they interned at The Carter Center in Health Programs Development. Later that year, they became an SAT Instructor at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at the Northeast Business Group on Health on Quality Initiatives. Carolyne then served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Institute for Social and Economic Research and Policy, Columbia University in the City of New York, where they participated in the Statistical Practice in Medical Research Study. In 2015, Carolyne joined Grant Thornton LLP as an Experienced Associate in Healthcare Advisory and was later promoted to Senior Associate. In 2018, they transitioned to Radiology Partners, where they held various roles in the Revenue Cycle department, starting as a Revenue Cycle Manager and progressing to Associate Director, Director, and finally, in 2022, Associate Vice President.

Carolyne Hoey earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Healthcare Management from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, which they attended from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology and History at Loyola Marymount University.

In addition to their degrees, Carolyne has obtained certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. In March 2017, they completed the Resolute Professional Billing certification from Epic. Furthermore, in June 2015, Carolyne became certified in Public Health by the National Board of Public Health Examiners (NBPHE).
