In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI in July 2017, and also acquired the SHRM-SCP certification in January 2017. It is unclear when they obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
