Erich Gertz

Erich Gertz has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Erich started their career in 2013 with an internship at HCA Healthcare, where they gained experience in hospital management engineering. During this time, they worked on various projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.

In 2014, Erich joined Parallon, the revenue cycle arm/subsidiary of HCA. In this role, they implemented revenue cycle processes for physician practice acquisitions and startups. Erich worked closely with HCA and other external clients to achieve operational excellence and shared service advantages.

In 2019, Erich joined R1 RCM as a Senior Operations Lead, where they played a key role in revenue cycle operations. Erich later transitioned to the role of Manager, where they continued to contribute to the success of revenue cycle operations. In 2022, they were promoted to Senior Manager, overseeing revenue cycle operations.

Currently, Erich is working at Radiology Partners as a Manager of Revenue Cycle Integrations, starting in 2023.

Erich Gertz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Richmond. Erich attended this institution from 2010 to 2014. Later, in 2018, Erich pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Executive MBA for Healthcare Leadership at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Erich completed this program in 2019.
