Erin Cafasso has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Erin began their career as a Support Specialist at TapCo and Engineered Controls, Inc. in 2000. In 2001, they joined TriPath Imaging as a Support Specialist and was later promoted to Systems Administrator. Erin continued to work in various systems administration roles at BD Technologies, etrials Worldwide, IBM Global Services, and Greensboro Radiology. In 2009, Erin became the IT Service Delivery Manager at Canopy Partners, where they managed a cross-functional IT Service Delivery team. Currently, they are the Director of IT, Atlantic Regional Support at Radiology Partners, responsible for overseeing IT Service Management disciplines and practices to improve patient care.
Erin Cafasso completed a Master Certificate in IT Service Management from Villanova University in 2016. The program covered courses such as ITIL Foundations, Project Management for IT, and Six Sigma Green Belt - Information Technology. Prior to this, Erin attended Alamance Community College from 1998 to 2000 and earned an Associate of Science degree in Management Information Systems, specializing in Networking Administration and Support. Erin's education also includes a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Computing Technology and Information Systems from Guilford College. The start year of Erin's Bachelor's degree is unknown, but it is known that the education continued beyond 2010.
