Jennifer Hilburn

Jennifer Hilburn, MS has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer started their career as a paralegal at Harris, Hilburn & Sherer, LLP, where they worked on implementing clients' civil litigation plans. Later, they joined St. Luke's Episcopal Health System as an Organizational Development Specialist and HRIS Functional Specialist, where they developed and facilitated training programs, served as a liaison between HR and Information Systems, and managed various projects.

After that, Jennifer worked at Hope & Causey, P.C. as a paralegal and process writer, collaborating with attorneys to implement clients' litigation plans and preparing evaluation and case analysis reports for insurance companies. Jennifer then joined Intellicure, Inc. as a Regulatory Analyst, reviewing regulatory publications and disseminating information to internal teams. Jennifer also served as an IT Project Coordinator, managing projects from sales to implementation and go-live.

Currently, Jennifer is working at Radiology Partners as a Quality Analyst, auditing databases, analyzing data trends, and identifying solutions. Prior to this role, they worked as an Integration Analyst, onboarding new clients and performing testing and monitoring activities.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in diverse teams. Jennifer holds an MS degree and has consistently shown a commitment to staying updated with industry changes and regulations.

Jennifer Hilburn, MS completed their education in Criminal Justice at Sam Houston State University. Jennifer obtained a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice Management from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, Jennifer Hilburn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the same university. In addition to their educational background, they have also obtained an ICP Certification from ImagineSoftware (Technology Partners, LLC) in December 2020.
