Michael Dejesus

Michael DeJesus has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Michael started their career as a Package Handler at UPS in 2003 and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they managed the frozen food department at Save Rite, ensuring inventory organization and department appearance. Michael then worked as a Plumber's Assistant at Crockett Plumbing from 2006 to 2007.

In 2007, Michael became a Beverage Head at Cost Plus World Market, where they managed the beverage department, handled inventory, and conducted public wine tastings. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an IT Systems Administrator at Drs. Mori, Bean & Brooks, P.A., providing help desk support, night call support, and configuring Cisco switches.

In 2014, Michael joined DentalPC as a Field Technician, responsible for resolving technical issues, installing hardware, and assisting dental staff with their technology needs. Subsequently, they worked at Radiology Partners as a System Engineer from 2015 to 2020, handling help desk tickets, providing support to doctors and staff at multiple hospital locations, and installing and configuring hardware.

During their tenure at Radiology Partners, Michael took on the role of Network Engineer in 2020. In this position, they managed network services and infrastructure using various technologies such as switches, routers, wireless systems, and firewalls to support the practice of radiology services. Michael focused on automating solutions and integrating acquisitions and new customers in a rapidly growing healthcare company.

Michael DeJesus earned their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Network Service Technician from Florida State College at Jacksonville from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from Nathan Bedford Forrest High School from 2000 to 2003. In terms of additional certifications, Michael obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from Cisco in June 2023. Michael also obtained the Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator certification from Palo Alto Networks in January 2021, and the Wireshark Certified Network Analyst - WCNA certification from the Protocol Analysis Institute, Inc in October 2020.
