Philip Morrison

Philip Morrison has a diverse and extensive work experience. Philip currently works at Radiology Partners as a Solution Architect - Cloud. In this role, they are responsible for managing and designing cloud solutions.

Before joining Radiology Partners, Philip worked at Ruvos as the Chief Security Officer. During their time there, they developed partnerships with security vendors and created custom applications and workflows to ensure the security and compliance of customer environments. Philip also worked on virtualization, integration, and migration projects into the "cloud".

Prior to Ruvos, Philip worked at Strategic Business Systems as a Consultant. Philip provided consultation services to partners, including those requiring DoD clearance. Philip conducted VMware assessments and developed customized solutions for customers, such as automated AD, DNS, SSL, VMware ESX, and backup systems, ensuring compliance with IA security audits.

Philip also has experience as a Consultant at The Collective Group, LLC, representing MTI for partner companies. Philip designed and implemented VMWare VI3 projects and conducted capacity planning for customers.

Earlier in their career, Philip worked at NetBank as a Systems Engineer, where they designed and managed the installation of VMWare ESX and created an automated provisioning system for virtual machines. Philip also worked at Solutia as a Global Technology Architect, responsible for implementing Active Directory, SMS, and Exchange across the company's global sites.

Philip's career began at Andersen Consulting, where they served as an NT Team Lead and Exchange System Administrator. Philip designed and maintained SolutionWorks' multi-site Exchange environment and implemented secure connectivity for internal and client communication.

Throughout their career, Philip has demonstrated expertise in cloud solutions, security, virtualization, and infrastructure design.

Philip Morrison attended Pensacola Junior College from 1988 to 1989, where they studied Computer Science. Philip obtained several certifications, including the Amazon Web Services Technical Professional Accreditation from Amazon Web Services in May 2014, the Storage Resource Management (SRM) Suite Implementation and Maintenance from EMC in April 2014, the Administration and Operation of Hitachi NAS Platform from Hitachi Data Systems in January 2014, the Hitachi Content Platform Architecture and Operations from Hitachi Data Systems in December 2013, the NetApp Accredited Installation Professional Accreditation from NetApp in April 2012, the Certified CommVault Administrator from CommVault in March 2012, and the CommVault Administration Engineering Support from CommVault in November 2010. Philip also has certifications in VMWare, including VMWare Capacity Planner, VMWare P2V/Converter, and VMware Certified Professional, although the specific details for these certifications are not provided.
