Sarah Potter

Sarah Potter is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Director, HR APAC at Radiometer since January 2019, Sarah leads HR for the APAC Commercial & Enabling Functions. Prior positions at Radiometer include Senior Human Resources Business Partner and HR Business Partner, focusing on high-growth markets and the Pacific region. Previous experience at DNV GL encompassed roles such as HR Consultant and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included global HR project implementation and strategic HR planning for the Asia Pacific division. Early career roles include HR Officer positions at NHS Kirklees and Victim Support West Yorkshire, and HR Assistant at Thornton & Ross. Sarah holds a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management from The University of Huddersfield and has earlier academic credentials in Law with Sport Studies.
