Sweta Prabhu is an experienced professional in supply chain management and logistics, currently serving as the Supplier Risk and Sustainability Manager at Radiometer since April 2021, where responsibilities include advancing responsible sourcing and addressing scope 3 emissions. Previously, Sweta held the role of Manager - Obsolescence and Supplier Risk at Radiometer, leading cross-functional teams to develop frameworks and governance for supplier-risk management. Prior to this, Sweta gained expertise at Cisco as a Program Manager in Supply Chain, and held various positions at Volvo Group, Mahindra Rise, and Behr India Ltd, focusing on logistics engineering, material handling, and industrial engineering processes. Sweta's educational background includes advanced studies in logistics and supply chain management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a PGD in Operations Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
