Youssef Mahmoud

Youssef Mahmoud is a freelance writer currently working with Gender Language since September 2023 and has been a door-host at Radion since November 2022. Youssef also operates as a freelance makeup artist since September 2021 and served as a shift lead at Bar-Restaurant-Lely from May 2021 to February 2024. Previous experience includes a two-year tenure as a shift manager at Caffe Milo from October 2018 to October 2020 and working as a class teacher at Colors Center from June 2016 to July 2018. Youssef is pursuing an MSc in Political Science with a focus on Gender and Sexuality at the University of Amsterdam from August 2024 to August 2025, having completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science at the same institution in January 2024. Educational background includes a High School Diploma in Musical Theatre from the University of West London (2014-2017) and GCSE A-Levels from Maadi Narmer School (2003-2017).
