Meaghan Odonnell

Meaghan O'Donnell, PHR, has a solid background in Human Resources with experience at various companies. Meaghan is currently holding the position of Director of HR at Matter Communications, starting in May 2023. Before that, they were the Director, People Operations & Total Rewards at Pacaso from May 2022 to April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at BetterLesson as the Director of HR Operations from July 2021 to May 2022 and as a Senior Manager of HR Operations from October 2019 to June 2021. Meaghan also has experience at SmartBear, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Manager of HR Operations, HR Manager, HR Generalist, and HR Associate.
