Nuzhat Ara Bonnington

Nuzhat Ara Bonnington is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in leading quality systems and assurance within various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Systems at Radisys Corporation since December 2019, Nuzhat has previously held leadership positions, including Director of Quality Assurance at ZincFive, Inc., and Director of Quality at CUI INC., where significant improvements in quality metrics and the establishment of comprehensive quality management systems were achieved. With a strong background in project management and quality engineering, supported by multiple degrees in Electrical Engineering and Engineering Management from Wichita State University, Nuzhat has developed and guided multicultural teams, managed quality operations at major manufacturers, and engaged in educating students as a mathematics lecturer.
