Ripudaman S. has a long and varied work experience. Ripudaman began their career in 1994 as a Project Lead, System Analyst, and Programmer Analyst for ATL, TCOM, STELCO, and NAM. In 1999, they joined Sify as a Project Lead. In 2000, they transitioned to Symantec, Audatex, and ADP as a Technical Project Manager. In 2008, they moved to Microsoft as a Senior Technical Program Manager. In 2012, they joined Chevron as a Management Consultant - Cloud Solutions. Finally, in 2014, they joined Alameda County as a Management Consultant. In 2011, they also held the role of VP of Engineering at RadiumSpark.

Ripudaman S. has an extensive educational history. Ripudaman obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Delhi University in 1992. In 2014, they attended Stanford University and completed a course in Business & Management called "Scaling Up Your Venture Without Screwing Up". The following year, they attended Stanford University again and completed a course in Business & Management called "Technology Entrepreneurship". In 2021, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance and a Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. Ripudaman also holds additional certifications from Microsoft and Scrum Alliance.
