Erica Pondillo is a Vice President at Radius with extensive experience in research and strategic planning. Prior to this, Erica held roles such as Group Research Manager and Senior Research Analyst at the same company. Erica also worked at L'Oreal USA as the Manager of Strategic Planning & Information and had previous positions at Added Value and Icon Brand Navigation. Erica started their career as a Marketing Assistant at JD Power and Associates after completing their BS in Marketing at Fairfield University.
