Joshua Kouba, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience in the packaging industry. Joshua most recently served as the Vice President of Engineering at Radius Packaging, starting in April 2018. Prior to this, they held various roles at Aptar, including Business Director and Manager of Custom Development, where they played a key role in growing the closures and dispensing closures divisions. Joshua also has experience as a Senior Project Engineer at Schoeneck Containers Inc., where they managed large-scale capital equipment installation projects and implemented process control parameters to improve efficiency and cost savings. Joshua began their career as an Engineering Intern at Miller Brewing Company. Overall, Joshua Kouba has demonstrated expertise in project management, technical service management, and driving business growth in the packaging industry.
Joshua Kouba, MBA, earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1998 to 2004. Joshua then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from Marquette University from 2008 to 2012.
