Ben Ford

Ben Ford is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software development and technical support. Currently serving as IT Development Manager at Radius since May 2021, Ben previously worked at Santander UK Technology as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing as a DevOps Java API Engineer and developing applications to enhance customer communications. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Isban UK, where responsibilities included incident analysis and system enhancement support, and as Technical Services and Support Manager at Advanced Ticketing, where management of a technical support team and customer relations were key duties. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Manchester.
