Martin Pennington

Martin Pennington is an accomplished software development manager with a wealth of experience in leading development teams and driving digital transformation across various organizations. At Radius, Martin currently serves as Software Development Manager since October 2023. Previously, as Head of Development at PassMeFast from February 2021 to October 2023, Martin architected an AWS-based microservices API ecosystem and led a significant cloud migration, resulting in a 50% budget reduction. Martin’s experience also includes roles at JD Sports Fashion plc as a Software Engineer, focusing on dynamic web development, and as Lead Developer at Supersede Media, where effective project management and agile methodologies were employed to drive project deliveries. Martin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Southampton, with studies spanning from September 2009 to June 2014.
