Simon C. has extensive work experience in finance and commercial roles. Simon started their career at Pizza Hut as a Support Manager from 2005 to 2010. Simon then moved on to Phones 4u, where they served as a Financial Controller from 2010 to 2014, focusing on operational reporting and analysis. Simon then joined The Hut Group as a Financial Controller, managing management accounts, cost control, and income and expenditure areas. Following this, they worked at Auto Trader UK as a Commercial Business Insight Manager, responsible for sales analysis, data transparency, and generating actionable insights. Simon then joined Radius as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, leading board-level reporting, budgeting, and financial control. Simon later took on roles as Head of Finance - Telecommunications and Head of Commercial - Insurance & Telematics, overseeing the finance and commercial functions. Simon currently serves as the Director of Finance - Insurance, EV & Energy at Radius.

Simon C. completed their education in Accounting and Finance. Simon obtained a degree in Accounting and Finance from Liverpool John Moores University between 2007 and 2010. Subsequently, they pursued further education at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a CIMA qualification. In 2014, Simon obtained additional certifications, including ACMA and CGMA, from CIMA.
