Gemma Haupt has extensive experience in customer support and project management, currently serving in multiple roles at Radius Telematics, including Complaints Team Senior, Project Implementation Manager, and Customer Support Supervisor since August 2020. Prior to this, Gemma worked at Teletrac Navman UK from October 2013 to July 2020, where roles included Customer & Technical Support Team Leader and Customer Technical Support.
