Paul McGuire has extensive work experience in the automotive and finance industry. Paul currently serves as the Director at Radius Vehicle Solutions - Ireland since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director at Traction Finance Mobility, where they played a crucial role in developing and maintaining transport fleets across Ireland and the UK since July 2014. Before that, they held the position of Director at Lease Options Ltd from July 2002 to June 2014. Additionally, they worked as the General Manager at Fleet Contracts Europe Limited, where they oversaw the day-to-day operations, business development, and financial matters from 2000 to 2003. Earlier in their career, they served as the Sales Manager at Woodchester Finance in 1998 and as the Fleet Sales Manager at Issac Agnew from 1995 to 1998. During their time at Issac Agnew, they successfully managed a sales team and significantly increased sales figures.

Paul McGuire obtained an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, which they pursued from 1995 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Accounting at Ulster University from 1985 to 1996. Their educational journey commenced with a Foundation Diploma in Accountancy at Rathmore, where they studied Geography and Physics from 1978 to 1985.
