Mona DeFrawi

Mona DeFrawi has a diverse work experience spanning several different industries. Mona is currently the Chairman, CEO, and Founder of Radivision, a startup world streaming, community, and investment discovery platform. Prior to this, they worked at The Valley Fund as LP Relations, and at IPOQuest Global Capital Advisory as a Managing Partner. Mona also founded and served as the CEO of Equidity, Inc., a pre-IPO private market platform, and InsideVenture, Inc., a company that pioneered the Private Markets. Mona was also a Director at CapGen Financial Private Equity Fund. Earlier in their career, they founded and served as President of Quantum Wellness, Inc., a wellness company that was later acquired. Mona also worked as a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at Johns Hopkins University and was the Managing Partner and Founder of VentureQuest, Inc. Mona has also served as the CEO and IR Team Advisor of Meridian Medical Technologies.

Mona DeFrawi has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Design from Duke University, where they graduated in 3 years with Honors. Mona then pursued an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Finance with Honors from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Additionally, they completed a Masters Program in Biology, specifically focusing on Molecular Biology, Genetics, and Science & Technology Policy, for personal interest at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Mona DeFrawi also holds the Series 63 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), obtained in January 2014, as well as the Series 79 certification from FINRA, also obtained in January 2014.
