Alicia's earlier role as Compliance, Safety and Quality Control Supervisor at Berryman Products (October 2004 - June 2006) further highlights a strong foundation in compliance and quality oversight. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University, complemented by studies in English, Math, and Chemistry.
